Mast is a mobile app concept designed to make the process of reserving seats for the movie theater simple, intuitive, and fast, offering users a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

PROBLEM

Currently, few movie theaters are technologically adapted to make reservations in advance. This causes crowding and long queues.

75% of users report frustration with the reservation screens because they frequently malfunction.

70% of reservations result in random seat selection due to unclear interfaces or system errors.

+65% increase in time required for users to complete the seat reservation due to long queues and slow processes.

Nearly 2 out of 3 users prefer mobile booking ahead of time to avoid queues.

Value Proposition

An easy-to-use app to reserve and choose seats in a movie theater with an extensive movie billboard, including the corresponding schedules, the option to buy food and drinks to save time, an easy way to pay and get a QR code to access the movie room. Available in different languages to facilitate the navigation of people from other countries
